1. Eligibility

To use Linyor you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract
• Create only one account
• Use real, truthful information in your profile

We may remove or restrict accounts that violate these requirements.

2. What Linyor Is (and Isn't)

Linyor is a platform that helps people meet others with aligned values and intentions. You understand and agree that:

• We do not guarantee matches, relationships, or outcomes
• We do not screen or run background checks on users
• You are solely responsible for your interactions—online or offline
• We are not liable for behavior of users on or off the platform

Please use common sense and take appropriate safety precautions.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login information secure
• All activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Involve harassment, discrimination, threats, or harmful behavior
• Use fake photos, misrepresent identity, or attempt to scam users
• Abuse the platform (spam, automation, scraping, etc.)

4. Subscription & Payments

Some features of Linyor may require a paid membership. By subscribing, you agree that:

• You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel
• You may cancel anytime in the app, and your plan will remain active for the current billing period
• Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law

Prices may change with notice.

5. User Content

You maintain ownership of the content you upload (photos, prompts, messages, etc.). By using the Service, you grant Linyor a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and process your content for the purpose of running the platform.

You agree not to upload:

• Anything illegal, hateful, explicit, or otherwise harmful
• Images you do not have rights to
• AI-generated impersonations of real people

We may remove any content that violates our policies.

6. Messaging & Communication

Messages you send on Linyor must follow community guidelines. We may:

• Use automated tools to detect harmful content
• Limit or block communication between users who violate rules

We do not read your private messages unless required for safety, legal, or support reasons.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Misrepresent your identity, relationship status, or intentions
• Use the Service for commercial or promotional purposes
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
• Use bots, automation, or fake profiles
• Post or distribute harmful software (malware, viruses, etc.)

8. Safety

Linyor is not responsible for:

• Offline meetings
• Events or activities arranged between users
• Loss, damage, or harm resulting from user interactions

Meet people in public places and tell friends or family where you're going.

9. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. By using the Service, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your behavior puts others at risk
• We believe termination is necessary for safety or legal reasons

Upon termination, your profile and content may be deleted in accordance with our data policies.
